RV RESORT
Laurel Springs RV Resort is a new development consisting of 226 RV pads in a gated, access-controlled community. The RV pads are diverse in sizes to serve even the longest buses. Every pad has full water and sewer connections along with hard-wired fiber internet and electric hook-ups. The drive lans are 34 feet wide allowing for easy maneuvering. Select pads feature picnic tables, private fenced yards, and covered parking.
The resort will consist of a Clubhouse located just south of the entrance and a smaller satellite building on the northern portion of the property. The two buildings combined will total approximately 4,164 SF with an additional outdoor patio, kitchen, and fire pit wrapped around the Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse features four individual restrooms with showers, athletic club, arcade, business center, lounge, hospitality kitchen and laundry room. The satellite building contains four additional showers and a laundry room. Outdoor amenities include a large pool with tanning shelves, a playground, a 3-hole putt-putt course, a putting green, a “beer garden” with picnic tables, a fire pit, yard games, a dog wash station, a dog park, and a large walking trail. Other amenities will include golf cart rentals and reserved parking spaces - both regular and oversized.
LOCATION
Laurel Springs RV Resort is located in Kingwood, Texas, a master-planned community located in northeast Houston. Known as the “Livable Forest”, Kingwood is the largest master-planned community in Harris County. The resort’s location and surrounding transportation network connect it to a broad employment base. There are commercial properties to the west and single-family residential properties to the east, but Laurel Springs sits happily secluded within the “Livable Forest”.
Laurel Springs is strategically located in close proximity to Loop 494 and Highway 59 for convenient access to employment centers around the Houston metro as well as Downtown Houston, shopping, and fun recreation within Kingwood.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Laurel Springs RV Resort’s cancellation policy is related to the timeframe between the cancellation date and your anticipated arrival date, regardless of when the reservation was made. Please understand we do not give refunds for situations beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, illness), however, can issue a credit per the cancellation guidelines below.
A reservation cancelled at least 30 days prior to anticipated arrival date will receive a full refund.
A reservation cancelled 29-11 days prior to anticipated arrival date will be charged a 1 day ($65) fee.
A reservation cancelled less than 10 days prior to anticipated arrival date will receive no refund or credit.
No-shows will receive no refund or credit.
No refunds or credits for early departure.
